Larry was craving some vegan cheese, so I made him a yummy 190-calorie quesadilla. All you need is 1/4 vegan cheese (he prefers Daiya cheese - specifically the pepperjack flavor) and 1 rectangle of Joseph's flax, oat bran, and whole wheat Lavash bread.
Cook it in a frying pan on medium heat, flipping it once it is brown on one side, slice with a pizza cutter, top with your favorite salsa, and enjoy!
